Founded in 2012, the International Digital Art Biennial (BIAN) presented by ELEKTRA returns at Arsenal Contemporary Art Montreal to explore the idea of METAMORPHOSIS, focusing more specifically on the process of MUTATION.

In this post-pandemic era, this sudden return to a greatly disrupted reality, particularly at the geopolitical and climatic levels, forces us to rethink our ways of life and review our values.

Curated by Alain Thibault in the METAMORPHOSIS series which was co-curated with DooEun Choi, guest curator of BIAN 5. This 6th edition of the BIAN will bring together the work of 27 artists from four continents.
