Description

The School of the Art Institute of Chicago's (SAIC) Art and Technology Studies department offers a wide variety of courses that explore technology as a fine art. Students gain access to specialized labs, such as VR, retro, kinetics, electronics, neon, and bio art, to create innovative works according to their own aesthetic visions.

Undergraduate students interested in technology as a creative medium can plot their own curricular pathway through the Department of Art and Technology Studies’ concentrations:
